Want your data gone? Ask once.
Effective 6 October 2026. Humanfold, Utah, USA. Applies to humanfold.ai and to any Humanfold app connected to Facebook, Instagram or another platform.
How to request deletion
Email hello@humanfold.ai with the subject line Data deletion request. Tell us the email address, name, or Facebook / Instagram account you used with us, so we can find your records. That is all you need to do.
What happens next
We confirm receipt within 2 business days. We delete everything tied to you within 30 days and email you when it is done. If anything has to stay for legal or tax reasons (for example an invoice from a client engagement), we tell you exactly what and why.
What gets deleted
Your AI Efficiency Score answers, score and contact details. Any email threads with you. Any data a Humanfold app received from Facebook, Instagram or another platform when you connected your account, including access tokens, profile information and page or account identifiers. Copies in our customer system, if you were ever added there.
If you connected through Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove Humanfold from your account directly. On Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Humanfold → Remove. On Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Humanfold → Remove. Doing that stops new data from reaching us. To also delete what we already hold, send the email above.
No account needed
You don't need a login or a form to make this request. If you are writing on behalf of someone else, say so and we will verify with them before deleting.
