A website rebuilt around permitting, not pretty renderings.

Client: Mass DesignArchitecture, civil engineering, project managementBuilt: website rebuild, SEO pages, site-assessment path

The situation

Mass Design takes commercial sites from raw parcel through permitting, design and construction, with architecture and civil engineering on one contract. The old site said "architecture firm" and showed renderings. The clients who pay well were not shopping for renderings. They were shopping for someone to get a site through permitting in five states without surprises.

What we built

A site that leads with the real problem. "Your site is a permitting problem before it is a design problem." One headline, one call to action: get a site assessment.

Pages for the markets they want. Location and project-type pages built for search, each one answering the permit-timeline question for that place.

Review build first, then launch. The rebuild lives on a review URL until the firm signs off, then DNS cuts over. No downtime, no surprises.

What changed

The firm now has a site that qualifies the right client before the first phone call. Market pages for the next two cities are in progress, blocked only on hosting access from the client side.
