The rules for using this site.

The short version

This site tells you what we do and lets you take the AI Efficiency Score. Using it doesn't make you a client and doesn't make us your advisor. Paid work happens under a separate written agreement. Be decent, don't break anything, and we'll do the same.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone who visits humanfold.ai or uses anything on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The AI Efficiency Score

The score, tier and suggested builds are a quick, automated read based only on your twelve answers. They are general information, not business, legal, financial, tax or technical advice, and they are not a promise of any result. Use your own judgment, or talk to us, before acting on them.

Working with us

Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept. Prices, timelines and scope for any engagement are set in a written agreement or statement of work signed by both sides. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Case studies and client work

Case studies describe real projects, shared with permission. Results depend on the business, the people and the timing, so past results don't guarantee yours. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to those clients and are shown only to describe our work with them.

What you can and can't do

You can read, share and link to anything here. You can't copy the site's design, writing or code to pass off as your own, scrape it in bulk, submit false or automated entries to the score, try to get into systems you weren't given access to, or use the site to break the law.

Our content

The Humanfold name, the Dancer mark, and the writing, design and code on this site belong to Humanfold. Using the site doesn't give you any right to them beyond reading and sharing.

What you send us

When you submit the score or write to us, you confirm the information is yours to share. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or current.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Humanfold isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using this site or relying on anything on it, including the score. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section doesn't apply to paid work, which is covered by its own agreement.

Links to other sites

We may link to client sites and other tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
