A growth engine built inside Powerhouse Roofing.
The situation
Powerhouse sells roofs door to door. Setters book, closers sell, and the owner runs everything from his phone. The tools did not talk to each other: a CRM, a door-knocking app, a photo app, spreadsheets for pricing and commissions. In June, 185 of 186 open leads had no follow-up logged. Not because nobody cared. Because nobody could see them.
What we built
A field estimator. Reps build an estimate on the roof from a 56-product price library, turn it into a signed proposal, and the commission math runs itself. It has its own database and pulls jobs from the CRM so nothing gets entered twice.
A website that books. A three-step free-inspection form, an instant estimate page, and a process page that answers the questions homeowners ask before they call.
A back-office assistant by text. A 7am brief Monday to Saturday, a follow-up list with the texts already drafted, and answers to questions sent by text. It runs on the owner's own Mac and his own AI plan, with a daily check that alerts us if anything fails.
What changed
The owner sees every open lead and the follow-up it needs, every morning, without opening a laptop. Estimates that used to live in a rep's head are a signed document in minutes. Next up: a rep stats dashboard with set, sit and close rates, and automated commission reports.

"Everyone I show the estimate to, I'm like, dude, you understand how much this would cost me just two years ago? To find custom code like this."

"You're available. I text you, you text back. I like that you're on top of things."
