Privacy policy
What we collect, and what we do with it.
Effective 6 October 2026. Humanfold, Utah, USA. Questions: hello@humanfold.ai.
The short version
We collect what you type into this site and nothing you don't. We use it to send you what you asked for and to reply to you. We don't sell it, rent it, or put you on a drip sequence. You can ask us to delete it any time.
What we collect
The AI Efficiency Score. Your twelve answers, your score, and, if you ask for the report, your name, company and email. We also keep the time you submitted it and your browser's user-agent string so we can spot abuse.
Email. If you write to hello@humanfold.ai, we keep the thread like any business would.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising pixels. If we add analytics later, this page will say so, and it will be privacy-respecting and cookie-free.
How we use it
To send you your report, to reply to you, and to prepare for a call if you book one. Kimball reads every submission himself. One email, not a sequence. If you become a client, your information moves into our normal client records.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which also hosts this site, in the United States. If you book a call, your details may also go into our customer system so we can follow up. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads. We don't share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Score submissions: up to two years, or until you ask us to delete them. Email: as long as the conversation is useful. Client records: for the length of the engagement and as long as tax and contract law require.
Your choices
Email hello@humanfold.ai and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Deletion steps are on the data deletion page. If you live somewhere with specific privacy rights (California, the EU, the UK), those rights apply and we will honor them the same way: by email, within 30 days.
Children
This site is for business owners and their teams. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here for 30 days.
