Go-to-market engineering for a startup selling AI agents to banks.

Client: Hickory & CompanyRole: go-to-market engineerBuilt: list enrichment, outreach tracker, podcast, launch videos, CRM wiring

The situation

Hickory builds AI agents for compliance and anti-money-laundering work at banks and credit unions. The product was ready and the public launch was weeks away. What was missing was the machine around it: who to call, how to reach them, and something worth sending.

What we built

Eleven days, one machine. A 185-person conference list enriched to 163 confident LinkedIn matches, with an outreach tracker and 30 personalized drafts. A 20-person credit-union CEO batch connected to the CRM, with a draft-only reply bot piloted on top.

Something worth sending. An interview guide, two podcast episodes filmed and cut with chapters, and 22 launch videos with word-timed captions and brand cards.

A plan the team can run. A CMO plan, a conference day plan, and a call-list system targeting 250 BSA officers at credit unions in the right asset band.

What changed

One conference produced about eight top-of-funnel leads. The outreach, the videos and the call lists now run as one system the founders can see in their CRM.
